Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of Nirfit, including its fitness planning built around you, AI-generated coaching, workout tracking, and related services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nirfit. Some regions set a higher age for digital consent; if you are below that age in your region, you need parental or guardian consent to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
AI-generated coaching
Your coach’s responses, chat replies, and training programs are produced by artificial intelligence. Each coach is an AI persona: some are built on a distinct training philosophy, and some draw on a named trainer’s approach. No coach is a real person responding to you, and no coach personally writes or reviews individual messages. Coaching personas and their names are property of Nirfit.
Fitness and health disclaimer
Nirfit provides general fitness information and is not medical advice and not a substitute for a physician. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, condition, or concern. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered through Nirfit Pro, an automatically renewing App Store subscription. In the United States it is priced at $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year; prices in other regions are set in local currency by the App Store. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on either plan, and a promotional offer may carry a different price or trial length. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the standard price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of that time. Billing and cancellation are handled by Apple. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
Coaching content and guidance
Programs and responses are educational fitness guidance, not individual medical advice. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Coaching personas, methods, and content remain protected intellectual property of Nirfit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Nirfit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as progress photos and messages. You grant Nirfit the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Nirfit evolves. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nirfit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
