Information we collect

We collect account and profile details, including your goal, experience level, training days, height, weight, available equipment, preferred session length, and any injuries you tell us about. We also collect your workout history and exercise logs, the chat messages you send, progress photos and avatars you choose to upload, device and app information, and subscription status supplied by Apple.

How we use information

We use your information to operate Nirfit, build and adapt your personalized training program, generate your chosen influencer’s coaching responses, maintain your streaks and progress history, provide support, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and meet legal obligations.

How your coaching is generated

To create your training program and coaching replies, we send your chat messages, profile details (goal, experience, training days, height, weight, equipment, session length, and injuries), and workout history to OpenAI, which generates the responses in your chosen influencer’s style. See the subprocessors below for the full list of providers involved.

Service providers and subprocessors

We share information with the following providers so the app can function. Each receives only the information needed for its role:

• OpenAI — receives your chat messages, profile details (goal, experience, training days, height, weight, equipment, session length, injuries), and workout history to generate your influencer’s coaching responses and build your training programs.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage, including progress photos and avatars.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosting of exercise demonstration clips.
• Superwall — paywall presentation and subscription state.
• Apple — subscription billing and purchase management.
• OneSignal — push notifications.
• Mixpanel, Firebase, and AppsFlyer — product analytics and install attribution.

How we do not use your fitness data

Your health and fitness information is not used for advertising or marketing, is not used for use-based data mining, and is not sold or shared with data brokers. We do not sell personal information for money.

Sensitive fitness content

Workout data and progress photos can be personal. Progress photos and avatars are stored with Supabase and remain private unless you deliberately choose to share or export them.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide an active account and the purposes described in this policy, and to meet legal, security, and accounting requirements. We keep your account and associated data for as long as your account remains active; we do not run an automated purge, so data persists until you request deletion.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account by emailing us at elibekhor10@gmail.com. When we process your request, we delete your account along with your training data, workout history, chat messages, and any progress photos and avatars. Subscription and billing records held by Apple are retained by Apple under its own policies and are outside our control.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Nirfit is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Some regions set a higher age for digital consent; if you are below that age in your region, you need parental or guardian consent to use Nirfit. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country by us or our subprocessors listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Nirfit evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required.
